Judge.me integration (coming soon)
Judge.me for Hushdesk is coming soon. See how low ratings will open tickets, how to catch bad reviews today and how to vote for the app.
Last updated 2 min readComing soon
Judge.me collects product reviews for many Shopify stores. The Hushdesk integration will show a customer's reviews beside their ticket and open a ticket automatically when a low rating comes in. This page explains what it will do once it is built, how to get close to it today and how to ask for it.
Judge.me is coming soon. It is listed in Settings > Apps under Reviews so teams can vote for it. Nothing connects to Judge.me yet.
Before you start
- Who can do this: agents, admins and owners can vote and send requests. Viewers can read the card.
- Plan: all plans.
- What you need: nothing to vote. For today's workaround, see below.
Step by step
- Open Settings > Apps and search for Judge.me, or open
/app/settings/apps?app=judgeme. - Read What it adds and What Hushdesk can access.
- Press I want this. A message confirms Vote counted.
- Press Tell us how you’d use it to describe what your team needs, and add an Email for our reply (optional).
- Press Send request and follow it under Your integration requests.
What happens next
Your vote is recorded and the card shows how many requests your team has made. When Judge.me is built, your request's status changes to Live and this page becomes a setup guide.
What Judge.me will add
- A customer’s reviews on their profile.
- 1–3 star reviews open a ticket automatically.
- Ask for a review after a solved ticket.
What Hushdesk will access
- Read reviews.
- Reply to reviews.
It is planned to connect with an API key you create in Judge.me.
Workaround today
Point Judge.me's new-review notification emails at your support address. Each notification becomes a ticket. Add a rule that tags these tickets "review" and raises the priority when the text mentions a low rating. See Create a rule.
Tips
- Reply to unhappy reviewers by email from Hushdesk first, then publicly on Judge.me.
- Use a macro for "sorry about your experience" replies so the tone stays consistent.
Troubleshooting
"Viewers can look but not change anything. Ask an admin for agent access."
Viewers cannot vote. Ask an admin for the agent role.
"Unknown app"
The app is no longer marked Soon, perhaps because it went live. Refresh Settings > Apps.
Frequently asked questions
Does Hushdesk integrate with Judge.me?
Not yet. Judge.me is listed in the Hushdesk app directory as coming soon. Its card in the directory promises "A customer’s reviews on their profile". Today, review notification emails sent to your support address can become tickets. You can vote for it in Settings, Apps, so our team knows your store needs it.
When will the Judge.me integration be available?
There is no release date yet. Apps marked Soon are built in the order teams ask for them, so votes and written requests decide what comes next. Press I want this on the Judge.me card in Settings, Apps, and describe how your team would use it.
What will Hushdesk be able to access in Judge.me?
It will read reviews and reply to reviews, as listed under What Hushdesk can access on the Judge.me card. It is planned to connect with an API key you create in Judge.me. As with every Hushdesk app, keys will be stored encrypted and each connection recorded in your audit log.
How can I turn bad Judge.me reviews into tickets today?
If Judge.me emails you about new reviews, send those notifications to your support address so each one arrives in Hushdesk as a ticket. A Hushdesk rule can then tag them, for example when the message mentions one or two stars, so your team follows up quickly with the customer.
How do I find out when Judge.me is ready?
Vote with I want this on the Judge.me card, then press Tell us how you'd use it and add an email for our reply. Your request appears under Your integration requests with a status that changes to Live when Judge.me can be connected. This page is updated at the same time.
