See and sign out signed-in devices
Check every device and browser signed in to your account, with where and how it signed in, and sign out any you do not recognise, or all others at once.
Last updated 1 min read
Signed-in devices lists everywhere your account is signed in. It is the place to check after losing a phone or using a shared computer.
Before you start
- Who can do this: everyone, for their own account.
- Plan: all plans.
Step by step
- Open the account menu, choose Profile, then Signed-in devices in the account menu on the left ("Everywhere you’re signed in. Sign out anything you don’t recognise, then change your password.").
- Read each entry: the device, where it signed in, how ("signed in with …") and when it was last active. Yours shows This device.
- Press Sign out next to any device you want to end.
- Or press Sign out everywhere else to end all other sessions at once.
What happens next
Signed-out devices have to sign in again. Messages confirm "Signed out of that device" or "Signed out of n other devices". Each action is written to your workspaces' audit log.
Sessions otherwise last 30 days from the last visit and renew each time you use Hushdesk.
Other things that sign devices out
| Action | Signs out |
|---|---|
| Changing your password | Every other device |
| Changing your sign-in email | Every other device |
| Confirming your email from another browser on a never-confirmed account | Every earlier session and sign-in method |
Tips
- Check this page after travelling or using a borrowed computer.
- If you sign out an unknown device, change your password too.
- Add a passkey so your devices sign in without a password at all.
Troubleshooting
"Use “Sign out” to end this session"
You tried to end your current session from the list. Use Sign out for this device or the account menu.
"That session already ended"

Frequently asked questions
How do I sign out of Hushdesk on another device?
Open Signed-in devices from your account. Find the device in the list and press Sign out next to it. A message confirms Signed out of that device, and that browser has to sign in again the next time it opens Hushdesk.
What does Sign out everywhere else do?
It ends every session except the one you are using now. Use it if you signed in on a computer you no longer use, lost a phone or think someone else may have access. The message says how many other devices were signed out.
What details are shown for each device?
The device or browser, roughly where it signed in from, how it signed in, such as with a password, link or passkey, and when it was last active. The device you are using is marked This device and shows active now.
What should I do if I see a device I do not recognise?
Sign it out straight away, then change your password, and consider turning on two-step sign-in or adding a passkey. The page itself suggests it, sign out anything you do not recognise, then change your password.
How do I sign out of the device I am using?
Press Sign out next to This device, or choose Sign out in the account menu. The list cannot end your current session from the other Sign out buttons, so those are only for other devices.
