Create your account, find your way around Hushdesk, invite your team and get the inbox ready in your first week.
- Create your Hushdesk accountSign up for Hushdesk with your name, work email, a password and your store name. Your workspace is ready straight away on the Free plan.
- Confirm your email addressEnter the 6-digit code or open the link we email after sign-up. Confirming unlocks invites, new tickets, passkeys and two-step sign-in.
- Take a tour of HushdeskA quick map of every area in Hushdesk, from Home and the Inbox to Workflows and Settings, so you always know where to find things.
- Your first-week checklistWork through the Get Hushdesk ready list on Home, from email and Shopify to live chat, your team and the AI agent, each with a direct link.
- Invite your teamAdd teammates to your Hushdesk workspace as admins, agents or viewers. Seats are unlimited on every plan and invites can be revoked at any time.

- Set up your store name, domain and support emailFill in your store name, website domain and support email under Settings, Store. Macros use them, and customers reply to that address.
